It also has a calming, furnished oceanfront deck, which accepts you to take in the salty air while you sip on your morning coffee!

Recent Updates: Summer Winds B-135 is newly painted with refreshed dimmable lighting throughout the unit with ceiling fans in the main living area, MBR and Queen BR. The Twin BR has a stand-alone tower fan to keep the air fresh throughout the year.

Additional Conveniences: Summer Winds 135 features numerous great entertainment features including (4 SMART TVS) a new 55" flat panel TV in the living room, a new 50” TV in the Master Bedroom with Spectrum Xumo streaming boxes and 43” TVs in remaining two bedrooms to include the Spectrum Cable App. Free access to Paramount+ and Disney+ Apps. You will find two DVD players, board games, and a book library. Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
