The location to the beach is unbeatable and the people are very friendly! Our property has everything you need to make your vacation a memorable experience! Tons of activities. NC Aquarium, Beaufort, Morehead City, and the Atlantic Beach Circle just to name a few.
Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" between guests as there is no enclosed lobby and there is an individual wall mounted a/c. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The overhead satellite photo show how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.
The interior features a queen bed, full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and 400mbps WiFi. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest kids. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.
This is a beachfront complex but your unit is located on the outward side of the building facing neighboring complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. Have the convenience of driving right up and parking right in front of your unit! You can savor Ocean vistas from the wraparound public balcony on the 2nd floor, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).
There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.
A pest control company is contracted to treat the entire complex on a regular basis. We are in a coastal region by the water so you may still encounter a bug or two during your stay. Please be assured that the unit has been cleaned thoroughly before your stay.
Secure Free WiFi is included for your convenience. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.
Ideal hideaway for a charming weekend, or a family getaway ...watch dolphins splash from the oceanside gazebo ... don’t miss the sunset over the ocean waves .... walk the sandy beach ... build a sandcastle with the kids ... surf cast for one of the many varieties of fish in our ocean waters ... watch surfers hang ten.... Jet-ski or Parasail ... take a jog, or ride your bicycle on the new Atlantic Beach bicycle trail ... feel the wind through your hair on the new Cape Lookout ferry... check out the wild Spanish ponies of Shackleford Banks.... take the kids to the new Atlantic Beach recreation park... and don't forget the amazing NC Aquarium!

Tips to get the perfect vacation property experience:
Sticking to your spending plan:
- Summer months are high season in the New Bern area. Book your New Bern rental in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
- Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers typically offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Look for your local New Bern visitors guide magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guide magazines have offers and deals for local shops and restaurants.
Selecting the perfect rental home in Atlantic Beach:
- Begin by selecting your vacation dates and a spending budget.
- Note the number beds and the bed configuration your family needs. Seaside Escape_Pool_Kitchen_Direct Beach Access has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our New Bern rentals search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally available on booking websites. If they are not listed, email or call the host before reserving the rental. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to establish what is optimal for your trip.
- If there's a particular New Bern attraction you simply love, keep an eye out for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or might be applied to your agreement.
During your stay:
- Be sure you get the host's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property.
- At Check-in, record any damages to the property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
- Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Respect the neighborhood. Frequently, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect the owner's property and your things!
- At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
- Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
