This Popular Upgraded End Unit Studio is located in one of Atlantic Beach's newest OCEANFRONT Buildings. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c. The property has PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS to 600 ft of Pristine, SECLUDED BEACH. Feel relaxing walks, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks along the beach! Feel the fresh breeze and gaze out into the Ocean while appreciating your morning coffee or evening glass of wine at one of the Gazebos or seating areas on the 2nd floor deck. Coastal Bicycle Path is also available for running, cycling, or walking. Watch Sun, Surf & Sand Vacation Units presents Ocean Sands on YT.

Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.

The interior features a queen bed, full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen Intelligent TV, and WiFi. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest kids. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

This is a beachfront complex but your unit faces the road side of the complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. Have the convenience of driving right up and parking right in front of your unit! You can appreciate Ocean vistas from the wraparound public balcony on the 2nd floor, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

Secure Free WiFi is supplied for your convenience. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

- This is a SMOKE COMPLIMENTARY COMMUNITY. (You may not smoke on the property to include balconies and gazebo's).
- Family Animals and Animals (Including Emotional Support and Service Animals) are not allowed per Homeowners Rules.
- Max 4 guests including infants. (Max 3 adults recommended).
- 2 cars max.
- No boats or trailers allowed to park on the premises.
- Pool open seasonally subject to management's discretion (usually May to early October)
- Facilities only for registered guests to include beach access, pool, and parking area.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach.   • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
