Pebble Beach I-110 is a First Floor Oceanside with Courtyard - Pool View 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo located in the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & eateries.

Savor the convenience of No Steps at this unit! The Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Couch that sleeps comfortably (linens are not supplied but can added for an additional fee). Screened in porch with 1 Table & 4 Chairs is just off the living area. Dining Area. The well-supplied Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom has a comfortable Queen Bed. Full Bath. Central HVAC. Stackable Washer/Dryer.

Building I is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool and exercise center, close to the tennis courts, and only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool! This First Floor unit has direct access to the courtyard area amenities from the screened in porch.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Emerald Isle is home to this condo. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.
