*One flight of outdoor stairs is required to reach the main level.

If you want to discover more of the island, it is an painless car drive or a short walk to Gaffers Restaurant close by, Go Karts, Ice Cream, Beach Shop, Pizza and more!

NOISE:
Please be considerate of our neighborhood and our neighbors. Excessive noise and violations of "peaceful hours" are 11 pm to 7 am.

FUNCTIONS/PARTIES:
Parties and huge gatherings of any kind are stringently prohibited unless approved by the owners.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY:
No illegal activity is allowed on the Vacation Rental By Owner OR AIRB&B property during the guest's stay.

SMOKING:
SMOKING AND VAPING ARE NOT ACCEPTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY, BUT YOU ARE ACCEPTED TO SMOKE OUTSIDE.
WE ASK THAT YOU DISPOSE OF BUTTS PROPERLY IN A SAFE MANNER! DO NOT PUT THEM IN LANDSCAPING PLEASE!

VAPING INSIDE COULD SET OFF SMOKE ALARMS & FIRE DEPARTMENT WILL BE CALLED AUTOMATICALLY.

SWIMMING POOL:
The Guest and Guest's Occupants are allowed to use the pool AT THEIR OWN RISK and agree to not hold the Owner's responsible for any injuries resulting from the use of the swimming pool. Breakable items, such as glassware, are not allowed in or around the pool area. A fee of $200 will be charged for violations plus costs incurred for clean up.
