WHAT PEOPLE LOVE:

GOLF CART:
For your convenience, there is a Golf Cart available at no additional cost on the property. As great as it is to have the convenience, rules must be followed!! It is a Low Speed Car and all the rules of a car must be followed to use the cart. It is a 4 person cart and every rider must wear a seat belt and noone under the age of 21 can operate the cart. The driver must have a valid drivers license with them when operating and kids must be in a car seat AS REQUIRED BY NORTH CAROLINA LAW.
The cart must be parked in a valid parking space at all times when in use.
GOLF CARTS MUST BE OPERATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATE AND LOCAL TRAFFIC LAWS AND ORDINANCES, INCLUDING ALL ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO THE POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. SHOULD YOU RECEIVE A TICKET OF ANY KIND, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE CHARGES.
ANY PERSON VIOLATING THE GOLF CART RULES, WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A CIVIL VIOLATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $50.00.

NEIGHBORHOOD BEACH ACCESS: About 6 mins. from our home available at the end of Doe Drive are marked spots for golf cart parking. It is a first come, first serve basis for parking.

LAUNDRY:
Laundry is a top load wash and front load dryer on Main Level. We will provide enough laundry detergent and softener to get you started. A broom, dust pan and swiffer mop are supplied in the laundry area. There is also a SHARK VACUUM CLEANER.
There is also an ironing board and iron as well as an emergency medical kit.

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM:
The living and dining are open to the kitchen area. You will find seating for 6 at the dining table, plus seating for 4 at the center island in kitchen as well as seating in the screen room off both the dining room and the kitchen.

The living room has plenty of seating and a 55" SMART TV. Local channels may be picked up by an antenna and Hi Speed WiFi for tons of streaming channels plus UTUBE TV app is available.

The pool is a ideal addition to NCC! The many ledges allow for all types of guest. The covered Cabana area with TV is a fabulous area for reading and relaxing while socializing with the sun worshippers and kiddies!

CARPORT & PARKING:
This area can be used for additional car parking out of the weather or for playing outdoor games on a rainy day! There are bar stools available and a view of the Cabana, pool area & TV as well!

GRILLING AREA:
There is a huge grille under the carport out of the weather with bar stools.
There is a water hose next to the grille if needed.

Quiet Enjoyment Policy: No events or loud gatherings. Noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras are on the property to help ensure that the peaceful nature of the neighborhood is maintained. Unauthorized gatherings or excessive noise may result in immediate eviction and a $500
fine.

BY MAKING AN INITIAL PAYMENT, GUESTS ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

CHECK IN 4:00 PM OR AFTER

CHECK OUT BY 10:00 AM (LATE CHECKOUTS ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT THE OWNER'S WRITTEN APPROVAL). PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHER VACATIONERS WHO FOLLOW YOU FOR THEIR VACATIONS.

NOISE:
Please be considerate of our neighborhood and our neighbors. Excessive noise and violations of "peaceful hours" are 11 pm to 7 am.

OCCUPANTS:
Guests are allowed a max. of 9 total occupants unless they receive prior written permission from the Owners.

FUNCTIONS/PARTIES:
Parties and huge gatherings of any kind are stringently prohibited unless approved by the owners.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY:
No illegal activity is allowed on the Vacation Rental By Owner OR AIRB&B property during the guest's stay.

SMOKING:
SMOKING AND VAPING ARE NOT ACCEPTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY, BUT YOU ARE ACCEPTED TO SMOKE OUTSIDE. WE ASK THAT YOU DISPOSE OF BUTTS PROPERLY IN A SAFE MANNER.

SWIMMING POOL:
The Guest and Guest's Occupants are allowed to use the pool AT THEIR OWN RISK and agree to not hold the Owner's responsible for any injuries resulting from the use of the swimming pool. Breakable items, such as glassware, are not allowed in or around the pool area. A fee of $200 will be charged for violations plus costs incurred for clean up.
