A-301 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath third floor oceanfront corner unit condo with magnificant vistas of the beach and pool - the vistas can¡t get much better! This great vacation condo has porcelain tile throughout the kitchen, dining room, laundry room and bathrooms. The living area has a queen sleep couch, Flat Screen TV and an oceanfront balcony with a table and chairs. Cavernous dining area. Kitchen/bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master bedroom #1 has a king bed, a full bath and an oceanfront balcony. Bedroom #2 has a king bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds, DVD player and a color TV (no cable). Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bath and a balcony. Central Heat & air. Washer/Dryer.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are supplied with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.
