Exterior Laundry Area with Washer/Dryer for your convenience. Living Area and Bedrooms with Intelligent TVs. Wireless High Speed Internet. A Totally Equipped Kitchen includes Keurig Coffee Maker, Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Toaster Oven. Appreciate a friendly game of pool with the supplied Pool Table.

Savor oceanside breezes and afternoon siestas in the Covered and Open Deck Areas with Furnishings. Maneuver around town or take a ride down the bicycle path with the Golf Cart & 6 Bicycles Rental Package ($400 + tax weekly stays, $200 + tax nightly stays), dine at home and create your seafood sensations with the Gas Grille, and make use of the Enclosed Outside Shower with Hot & Cold Water to rinse those cares away!

Don't forget those canine family members! 2 Dogs Accepted with no additional fee with the All Inclusive Pet Policy! A 3rd Dog is allowed with payment of the $350 plus tax additional fee.

Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
