Living Space
Kitchen: This entirely equipped kitchen -- including a dishwasher, microwave, stove and washer/dryer -- features a pass-through breakfast bar to create an open, inviting ambiance.

Dining Area: The dining room table seats six, and there are two more seats available at the breakfast bar. You can also dine al fresco on the balcony!

Living Area: There’s plenty of seating with a wraparound sectional couch, an armchair and a round swivel chair. Have a game nighttime, or savor a movie together on the sizable flat-screen TV.

Balcony: Accessible from both the living area and the master bedroom, step outside to appreciate your private balcony with impressive oceanfront vistas! A high-top table provides seating for four.


Bedrooms
Master Bedroom: Featuring a Queen bed, this master bedroom features an attached full bath, private access to the balcony, a flat-screen TV and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2: Features a Double bed and a Bunk bed (Twin Over Twin) with a flat-screen TV.
There is a second full bath in the hallway.


Summer Winds Complex
The Summer Winds complex features an array of family-friendly amenities, including: three (3) outdoor pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard, and grilling areas.

Don’t miss Ginger's Café at the base of Building A, offering delicious meals and family activities throughout the summer.

For indoor fun, the Sports Complex includes a game room, snack bar, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and exercise center.

This gated community prioritizes safety with full-time security and offers 2 parking spaces for your convenience.

Please note that the Summer Winds HOA is currently overseeing a property-wide improvement project, and as a result, there may be intermittent construction activity taking place throughout the complex. While the project aims to enhance the overall guest experience in the long term, it may temporarily impact certain areas. Additionally, out of the four pools on the property, one or more may be affected by construction work at any given time. The timeframe for this project is currently unknown and subject to change. We enjoy your understanding and patience during this period.
