Beach Dreams East is an oceanfront beach haven! This 4-Bedroom, 3-Bath Oceanfront Duplex is ideal for a family getaway with convenience in mind. High Speed Wireless Internet Access Supplied! Take in the ocean vistas from the deck and let the waves send you into a calming trance.

Ground Level: Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower under deck. Bedroom #1 has 2 Twin Bunk beds and Flat Screen TV. Laundry Room with a Washer/Dryer. There is also a full bath on this level.

Level One: Bedroom #2 has a King Bed and access to the Oceanfront deck. Bath off of the Hallway. The Kitchen features, among other appliances, a Gas Stove, a Microwave and a Dishwasher. The Dining Area contains a table that seats six. The Living Area has a Flat Screen TV. Doors open to the Deck off of the Living Area. At the end of the Boardwalk to the Beach is a Gazebo for soaking up the ocean breeze.

Level Two: Bedroom #3 is Oceanview and has 2 Double Beds. Bedroom #4 is Oceanview and has a Queen Bed. There is a Full-Bath off of the Hallway.

Conveniences include: Central Heat/Air, a Washer/Dryer, a Gas Grille, High Speed Wireless Internet Access, an Oceanfront Deck, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, Ipod Speaker System, an Outdoor Showers, a Beach Boardwalk, and a Gazebo. Savor the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.   • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
