Grandview features some of the best vistas from nearly any location on the property. Grandview is a special place to come and relax with friends and family. Grandview is waiting for you and your family - to make new memories or to continue a tradition. We hope to see you this summer! Grandview is a handsome 6 Bedroom, 5 Bath Oceanfront Home, located on the Southern Outer Banks, in the sleepy beach town of Emerald Isle. Spend a excellent week in Emerald Isle in this amazing 4100 sq ft Oceanfront home! Five of the six bedrooms in Grandview face the ocean. Fall asleep listening to the waves kiss the shore and awaken to the call of the sea. Take in the charming vistas from the roomy Great Room! Among its many marvelous features, savor the fantastic 14 X 30 ft lighted In-Ground Pool (Pool can be heated for an additional $650 + tax/week Mid April-Mid October, Pool can possibly be heated starting April 1st if the temp accepts it. If the temp goes below 55° the heat pump will not work) & Hot Tub and Game Room with 40" Flat Screen TV and Ping-Pong Table.

Ground Level: Giant game room featuring 2 Twin Beds for flexibility in sleeping arrangements as well as a 42" Flat Screen TV with Blu Ray player all ready for your gaming system. Kids of all ages will adore the ping pong table, with additional seating, and stereo and sizable full bathroom: pool, hot tub and outdoor shower.

Level One: This exceptional living space will take your breath away - with 25ft vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows to take-in the exceptional ocean vistas. Dining and kitchen have enough seating for 14+ people to dine at the same time. Off the kitchen is a huge laundry area with an additional refrigerator, washer and dryer. The living area has plenty of seating to enjoy the exceptional vistas of the ocean with access to the broad deck that also includes ample seating and a 46" Intelligent TV. This level features the master bedroom #1 with King size bed, 32" flat screen TV and huge walk-in closet, and bedroom #2 with King size bed. Each has its own private bathroom and balcony overlooking the ocean.

Level Two: Savor ocean beautiful vistas from the enormous open loft/den area while calming, playing games or watching TV on the 26" Flat Screen TV. There are 4 cavernous bedrooms on this level (3 Oceanfront bedrooms with sliding doors and open decks with furnishings - only 1 streetside bedroom has no oceanview. All upstairs bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and have shared baths. Bedrooms include 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, and 2 Twin Beds.

Additional Conveniences: 4 TVs, 2 DVD Players, 3 Stereos with CD Players. Water Softener, 3 Refrigerators, Microwave, 2 Dishwashers, Range, Coffee Maker, Keurig, Washer/Dryer. Water Softener. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
