Welcome to "Heads Carolina!" Like NEW-most everything in this home has been refreshed or replaced. This reverse floor plan accepts for expansive ocean vistas from the huge windows on the third floor. The space

Looking forward to hosting you!. Most of the furnishings is brand new and was chosen for comfort and quality. The modern design, light pastel colors, and airy feel allow you to relax and feel completely at rest while on vacation. There is beach access directly across from the home where you can spend lazy days calming and soaking up the Carolina sun. When you return, there is a private outdoor shower and hose to clean up.

The main (third floor) level of this newly refreshed and this updated home has an open living and dining area. The kitchen has new KitchenAid appliances along with quality cookware, glasses, dishes, coffee pots (Keurig and drip). You will find everything you need to prepare a nice family meal. There is also an assortment of spices supplied. This level has a sizable flat screen intelligent TV (w/AppleTV) with ample comfortable seating for your family. It is also home to an a bedroom with a King-size bed and a luxury bathroom with access from the bedroom or the hallway. There is plenty of seating on a balcony overlooking the elegant Atlantic Ocean. Unwind and watch the sunset on your private deck.

The second floor contains a huge master bedroom with vistas of the ocean and a covered balcony with lounge seating. Grab a book and head outside. There is full en suite luxury bathroom with a enormous picture window with vistas of the beach. This floor also contains two additional bedrooms, both elegantly decorated with double beds. The front loading washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this floor as well as an additional full luxury bathroom. This bathroom does contain a tub.

The first floor has a additional room that contains a set of brand new bunk beds that are ideal for the kids. The top bunk is a twin and the bottom bunk is a full sized bed. There is also an expandable desk with curved monitor for anyone that needs to catch up on a little work while away from the office, a flat screen intelligent TV (w/AppleTV) as well as 2 comfortable couches. An additional full bathroom can be found on this floor.

Heads Carolina has 500MB Wifi with Eero mesh network. There is also an inside elevator on site to effortlessly carry groceries and suitcases upstairs. This elevator does require a a person inside to operate so a note that you must ride with your belongings. The elevator is also ideal to help guests with mobility issues avoid navigating the stairs.
Guest access
Parking is ample at Heads Carolina. There are two spaces under the carport and room for two more behind those. Please only park on the East side of the duplex. Guests have full access to the entire east side of this impressive 3 story duplex as well as the balconies, grille/smoker, and outdoor shower. Please limit cars to no more than four.

Other things to note
Heads Carolina rents by the week (Saturday to Saturday). This home is the East side of a 3 story duplex on pilings.

Linens (sheets and towels) are supplied. The host will provide starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Hand soap is included in the bathrooms. Shampoo, soap, and other personal shower supplies are not supplied. Laundry detergent is not included.
