Southwinds A7 is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 2nd floor. Unit is oceanfront with vistas of the ocean. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and blender. Washers and dryers are located in a building beside the oceanfront pool. There is wireless internet, 2 TVs (one in the living room and one in the main bedroom). The main bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with a twin on the bottom and a twin on the top. Southwinds does not allow renters to have family pets. This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 nighttime-minimum stay. 3, 6, and 9 months or monthly units are available after Labor Day. Monthly units include water, sewer, trash, cable, and partial electric. Please contact for prices on partial weeks. Prices include departure maid service and admin fee. Linens and trip insurance are optional and available for additional costs. Tax is 12.75%.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting.   • Lock your rental property while you are out! Don't let thieves spoil your vacation.
  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at departure. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
