Welcome to Sea Spray East!

Sea Spray East is a six-bedroom oceanfront half duplex with a private pool, walkway to the beach, and plenty of room for guests to savor time together. Offering 4,491 square feet across three levels, the home combines six private bedroom suites with two kitchens, a game room, an elevator, and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

The ground level offers a casual place for games, snacks, and breaks between time at the beach and pool. This level includes the game room, second kitchen, a full bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer area, and elevator access.

Four queen bedroom suites are located on the second level. Each bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom, giving guests a comfortable place to relax while staying close to the rest of the group. A second full-size washer and dryer area and elevator access are also available on this floor.

The main kitchen, dining area, and living room are located on the third level. The open layout creates a central place to prepare meals, gather, and appreciate the oceanfront setting. Multiple decks and balconies extend the living space outdoors and provide ocean vistas.

Two additional bedroom suites are located on this level. One is furnished with a queen bed, while the other has two twin beds. Each bedroom includes an ensuite full bathroom, and an additional half bathroom serves the main living area.
