Soak up the sun and reel in dinner, then head back to your hideaway on the shores of the Bogue Sound -- "Pop's Place"! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on the sound side of the island in beautiful Atlantic Beach. Appreciate time out on the water, by bringing your boat to dock at the private dock! Deep water access at boat dock. Will accommodate up to a 22' boat.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV, and Private Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, Twin Bed, TV, and Shared Bath. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bunk with Shared Bath. The living room has a flat screen TV, 1 DVD Player and Deck access.

Additional amenities include: 3 Flat Screen TVs, Gas and Charcoal grille, Washer and Dryer, Modest chest Freezer on ground level, Totally Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Blender & Crock Pot. Covered Decks with furnishings and Porch Swing on the ground level.

Linens and Towels Supplied for Weekly Stays Only.

Rents weekly Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with 3 nighttime minimum during the off season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to add trip insurance.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to inspire new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
