Oceanfront Duplex, 4 bedrooms with 3 full Baths. Amazing ocean vistas. K*Q*Q*2S. Open floor plan upstairs with Great Room, full Kitchen and breakfast bar, seats 3 with dining area seating 8. Painless access to Oceanfront decks and beach from both levels. 1 bedroom (Queen) and a full bath, with direct access from bedroom and hall, is located on the main living level. 3 additional bedrooms and 2 full baths including the master bedroom (King) are located on the lower level. Central air/heat, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 4 Intelligent TV's (with Hulu Live, Hulu, ESPN and Disney+), 4 DVD's, Stereo with CD Player, Wi-Fi, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, open and covered decks with rocking chairs. Picnic table underneath with gas grille. Linens included for weekly units. Rents Saturday to Saturday. Modest dogs under 35 lbs. of approved breeds allowed. 2 dog max $250.00 per pet. No Smoking!

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • Summer time is high season in the New Bern area. To get the best value, change your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.
