Ocean Reef 8-B1 is an Oceanfront First Floor 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo in the unique Tudor-styled gated condominium complex of Ocean Reef. Excellent ocean and sound vistas. Feel the warm ocean breezes from your private porch or relax in your private whirlpool tub! 1 Queen bed and two twins. High Speed Wireless Internet Access!

Conveniences Include: 1 Box TV with Cable, 2 Flat Screen TVs with Cable, 2 DVD Players, 1 CD Player, completely equipped kitchen with coffee maker and blender. Private Deck with Furnishings, Beach Access Walkway. NOTE: Fireplace is not for guests use.

The Ocean Reef Community is located on the narrow part of Emerald Isle and offers various community amenities including shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, huge swimming pool, covered picnic area by the pool, and community beach access!

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • In the New Bern area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.

Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance.   • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a terrific stay? Most rental websites make it easy for clients to provide comments.
