Ocean Reef 8-B1 is an Oceanfront First Floor 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo in the unique Tudor-styled gated condominium complex of Ocean Reef. Excellent ocean and sound vistas. Feel the warm ocean breezes from your private porch or relax in your private whirlpool tub! 1 Queen bed and two twins. High Speed Wireless Internet Access!

Conveniences Include: 1 Box TV with Cable, 2 Flat Screen TVs with Cable, 2 DVD Players, 1 CD Player, completely equipped kitchen with coffee maker and blender. Private Deck with Furnishings, Beach Access Walkway. NOTE: Fireplace is not for guests use.

The Ocean Reef Community is located on the narrow part of Emerald Isle and offers various community amenities including shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, enormous swimming pool, covered picnic area by the pool, and community beach access!

Linens and Towels supplied with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Flatwaters Paddling and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Emerald Plantation.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the New Bern area. To find the best rental home for your budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite New Bern restaurants and activities.
  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance.
