Ground Level: Private Pool, Game Room with Foosball Table, and a card table with four chairs. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. There is a Full Bath on this level.

Level One: Living Area features Color Cable TV. Dining Area has table with seating for six. There are sliding glass doors from both the Dining and Living Areas that lead to the deck overlooking the pool area. The Kitchen Area includes a microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar with additional seating for two. Bedroom #2 contains a Queen Bed and sliding doors to a private deck. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. There is a Full Bath in the hallway.

Level Two: Master Suite with Queen Bed, TV, Private Bath and doors to a private deck.

Conveniences Include: Charcoal grille, Central HVAC, Enclosed Hot/Cold Water Outside Shower, Open Decks with ample furnishings.

Linens and Towels supplied for Weekly stays.

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
