Welcome to Emerald Isle Escape at Pebble Beach! Inside this gated community, appreciate private beach access, 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts, and exercise center. Unwind on the beach or venture out on bicycle paths that lead to local stores, eateries, water park, go carts, and grocery stores. After fun-filled days, prep a meal in the modernized kitchen, snuggle up on the couch for a family movie, or recline on the private balcony.
This 2 bedroom (2nd bedroom is a loft) end unit is located on the 2nd floor. The main bedroom includes a king bed, an adjustable standing desk and steelcase office chair, full closet, dresser and nightstands. Spend time with your family in the comfortable family room that includes a 70 inch TV. A spiral staircase leads up to a enormous 2nd bedroom loft with king bed and single bed with pull out trundle, attached full bathroom, TV, nightstand and dresser. 3M water filtration system installed next to kitchen faucet makes purchasing bottled water unnecessary. Ceiling fans in every room. This unit has stairs leading to the second floor unit as well as a spiral staircase inside the condo.
Pebble Beach is a beachfront community located just over the bridge in Emerald Isle. Stroll over for a casual seafood dinner with live music at Gaffers, do a little shopping, and have an ice cream cone, all within walking distance.
Cool off at the Salty Pirate Waterpark, ride go carts at Fun World Motorsports, and shop at Publix Grocery store --all within 1 mile of the condo. Rent or bring bicycles and savor miles of bicycle paths.
