Queens Court 1204 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath Second Floor Oceanfront Condo! Living Area is open and has direct access to the balcony that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The Dining Area is open to the kitchen bar and directly off the living room. Kitchen/Bar Area has a Microwave, Fridge/Icemaker, Oven & Dishwasher. The kitchen is also supplied with a Slow Cooker, Blender, Coffee Maker and Waffle Maker. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, private bathroom, TV and direct access to the oceanfront balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Queen/XL Twin Bunk. A hall bathroom is located outside the 2nd bedroom.

Additional Conveniences: 1 Intelligent TV, DVD Player, High-Speed Wireless Internet; Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave; Private Covered Balcony.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Golf carts are not allowed.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
