Queens Court 1204 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath Second Floor Oceanfront Condo!

Living Area is open and has direct access to the balcony that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The Dining Area is open to the kitchen bar and directly off the living room. Kitchen/Bar Area has a Microwave, Fridge/Icemaker, Oven & Dishwasher. The kitchen is also outfitted with a Slow Cooker, Blender, Coffee Maker and Waffle Maker. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, private bathroom, TV and direct access to the oceanfront balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Queen/XL Twin Bunk. A hall bathroom is located outside the 2nd bedroom.

Additional Conveniences: 1 Intelligent TV, DVD Player, High-Speed Wireless Internet; Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave; Private Covered Balcony.

Queens Court is an Oceanfront Condominium Complex within walking distance, not only to the ocean but to the water slide, miniature golf, eateries, shopping, go-carts, arcades & more!

New Sport Court for tennis, badminton, pickleball, basketball, cornhole & putting green (facility only – equipment is not supplied), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), Grilling Area, Oceanfront Gazebo with seating, Private Beach Access Walkway, and Outside Showers. Please Note: Fire pit and clubhouse are for owner use only.

PARKING INFORMATION:

● Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes.
● Golf Carts and boat/trailer parking are Not Permitted on Queens Court Grounds.

Linens and Towels supplied with Beds made for Weekly stays.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.

Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • In the New Bern area, The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • At departure, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to drive new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
