Kitchen has a microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom #1 has a Foam Mattress Queen Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bed and a Full Bath. 2 New Intelligent TVs, 2 DVD/TV combos in bedrooms. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer. Dishwasher. Microwave.

Rents weekly Sunday to Sunday. 2-nighttime units are available when booked last min. or off-season only.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Book your New Bern vacation in the Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
