Delightfully refreshed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath half-duplex with ample parking, outdoor shower, and cozy upper and lower level decks (new deck boards replaced 2024!), ideal for that morning cup of coffee or to watch the evening sunsets. Just a fast 4 min. walk to the beach access. Open floor-plan upstairs with completely equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Sliding glass doors off of the living room and bedroom 1 onto the decks. Dining table seats 8-10. Reading nook with wooden rocking chair. Two TVs equipped with Roku for streaming. Books and games for family fun! Electric fireplace to comfortable up on a cooler evening. Top deck has pub table with 4 sizable swivel chairs and two additional chairs for relaxation. Coffee pot and Keurig available for guest use.

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in Emerald Isle. To get the best value, try shifting your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
