Stunning Oceanside Community, walking distanced to beach, stores, eateries and ice cream :) . 3bdr/ 3.5 bath 3 story Townhome. Granite Kitchen, stainless steel appliances. Two private master suites each with private bath and covered deck overlooking pool area. All bedrooms have their own full private bathroom. Third floor Master has King Bed & rollaway bed, Second floor Master has Queen bed, Day bed and Trundle, other Second floor bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed, Queen pullout couch on first floor. Both Master baths have linen closet and dual vanity. Upgraded internet and Wi-Fi throughout. All rooms have hardwired internet ports and Wi-Fi satellites are hard wired for stronger signals. All bedrooms with TVs and Roku. Playground. Three Private patios overlooking pool. Community pool and open air clubhouse. Directly across the street from Beach with Public Beach Access. Sound and Public Boat Ramp and Dock only two blocks way. 1.7 miles from public park/skate park. Usually Saturday to Saturday weekly units during Prime season but we can be flexible based on availability, Partial week units outside of prime season

When to book & When to go:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in Atlantic Beach. Booking in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.   • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
