Spectacular Oceanside Community, walking distanced to beach, stores, eateries and ice cream :) . 3bdr/ 3.5 bath 3 story Townhome. Granite Kitchen, stainless steel appliances. Two private master suites each with private bath and covered deck overlooking pool area. All bedrooms have their own full private bathroom. Third floor Master has King Bed & rollaway bed, Second floor Master has Queen bed, Day bed and Trundle, other Second floor bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed, Queen pullout couch on first floor. Both Master baths have linen closet and dual vanity. Upgraded internet and Wi-Fi throughout. All rooms have hardwired internet ports and Wi-Fi satellites are hard wired for stronger signals. All bedrooms with TVs and Roku. Playground. Three Private patios overlooking pool. Community pool and open air clubhouse. Directly across the street from Beach with Public Beach Access. Sound and Public Boat Ramp and Dock only two blocks way. 1.7 miles from public park/skate park. Usually Saturday to Saturday weekly units during Prime season but we can be flexible based on availability, Partial week units outside of prime season

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Find your perfect rental home:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To find the best value, consider changing your family's New Bern vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.

  • Some properties allow pets, and some do not. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the owner about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
  • If there's a particular New Bern destination you long to visit, search for properties that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your desires.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a great vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
