It is conveniently located within a short driving reach of Emerald Isle, Beaufort, and Morehead City while also granting access to tons of attractions, eateries, and stores! This unit's bathrooms and kitchen have been newly refreshed. The striking, open floorplan in the kitchen, dining area, and den make it painless to prepare any meals and spend time with family while also enjoying breath taking vistas of the ocean. There are three barstools for the Kitchen Island and there is a enormous pantry in the kitchen for all your vacation storage needs. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, intelligent TV, and its own private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds, a intelligent TV, a walk in closet, and access to a private full bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with a standard TV equipped with fire stick connection.

Additional Conveniences: This condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience! The condo includes 3 Intelligent TVs, enjoy watching the waves roll by from your covered deck with deck furnishings as you take in every last breath of salty air while enjoying your morning coffee! Property is equipped with a completely equipped kitchen with a Keurig Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Microwaves, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and Blender! An interior Washer/Dryer is located in the unit as well as Ceiling fans, Hair Dryers, and Iron/Ironing Boards. Storage area is available to guests.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
