We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college home events, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

** TWO OPTIONS FOR DAMAGE PROTECTION **
1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $750 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Atlantic Beach. To get the best vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at New Bern restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Some property managers offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
