Sitting gracefully on the edge of the oceanfront, the main home spans two levels, offering three lavish bedrooms and three and a half baths. The first floor hosts the first serene primary bedroom, while the second floor features an additional primary bedroom, along with a third bedroom featuring 2 bunk beds. Each adorned with its own private balcony overlooking the azure waters.

The roomy living area seamlessly integrates with the state-of-the-art kitchen, adorned with sleek appliances and minimalist aesthetics. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural light to dance across the polished surfaces, creating an ambiance of tranquility and warmth.

A separate studio, located just steps away from the main home, offers a fourth bedroom complete with a queen bed and full bath, providing privacy and comfort for guests.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-Fireplaces are for decoration only, and cannot be used
-Effective on any reservations starting 7.25.24 family pets are no longer allowed

• Summer is the most expensive season in Atlantic Beach. To find the most suitable rental home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. • Lock your rental while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your things!
• Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
