Our family beach home is available for your next beach vacation! Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms on three levels to accommodate your family. Complete with Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, 4 TV’s, outdoor shower, and gas grille. Also, cavernous open and covered decks with furnishings. The top level features a den with a Queen Sleeper Couch and half bath .
Reverse floor plan with open concept, living/dining on top floor (3rd level). Mid level features 3 bedrooms; one with Queen and full private bath. Appreciate the jack and jill full bath with 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twins on this level. Ground level with exterior access is Queen bed with full bath and roomy sitting area. Beach access is located at the end of the street. Bikes are a great way to get around the Island on the paved, Town wide Bicycle/Walking Path. Public Boat launch and dock area is just a short walk away for boating or taking in elegant sunsets on the Sound! New decks on each level, 2017. It is time you put your feet in the sand, relax and appreciate some “Simple Pleasures”!

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near a water park and near the beach. Pocosin Wilderness and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot. Emerald Forest Golf and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting. Kayaking and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and mountain biking nearby.
