Blue Whale is a 4-Bedroom, 4 1/2-Bath home on three levels. It features a Private Hot Tub and an Elevator (to all levels)! Located just across the street from the Ocean Access with impressive Vistas! Blue Whale is located right down the street from Bluewater in the heart of Emerald Isle. Vacationers can bicycle or walk to miniature golf, go karts, gift stores, the movie theater, book store (and more!) at Emerald Plantation. There are eateries, bars and ice-cream stores located within a 15 min. walk or a five min. car ride. The Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier is roughly a 1/4 mile walk on the beach. No excuse for not exercising on vacation! Just a few blocks from the home are paved paths for running, cycling, or rollerblading. Bicycle and kayak/SUP/surfboard rental stores are very close and convenient. High Speed Wireless Internet Access Included! (Bring your own computer.)

It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
