Located in Atlantic Beach Circle in the Sea Grove Community, this 5 bedroom direct oceanfront home has 4 full and 1/2 bathrooms with elevator access to all floors. This home is guaranteed to fulfill the holiday of your dreams. There is a private pool along with the sea steps outdoor the back gate, making this the ideal hideaway for the whole family. High Speed Wireless Internet is supplied for your appreciation.

Ground Level: Garage accepting 2 cars to be parked in tandem. An additional refrigerator to store your weeks groceries. The elevator is accessed on this level making this conveniently accessible to residents with limited mobility. Beach chairs are also stored here for your comfort.


Level One: Bedroom #1 is a Master Suite with a Queen bed, private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Twin over full size bunkbed and shares a full bath with Bedroom #3, which also has a twin over full size bunkbed. Both bedrooms #2 and #3 have a big covered oceanfront outdoor space.

Level Two: The open Living room and Kitchen with 2 Dining areas that flow charmingly making entertaining a wind. The light and airy decor create a peaceful space, accented with sizable windows and covered Oceanfront outdoor space access that accepts smooth mixing and mingling in and outdoor of the home. The Kitchen is completely supplied and has a working island and breakfast bar with plenty of counter space with multiple stools.

Level Three: Bedroom #4 has a King bed and covered Oceanfront outdoor space access and private Bathroom. Bedroom #5 is has a Queen bed with its own private full bathroom.

All bedrooms have a Flat Screen TV with Cable.

Additional Conveniences include: 7 Flat Screen TVs, Washer/Dryer, Outdoor Shower, Private Pool, Garage, and Elevator to all floors.
