Beach Loving is a two-level home. The main level is bright and open, with 3 bedrooms and two full baths, a sunroom with new tile floor, an refreshed kitchen (new granite counter tops, gas stove and dishwasher), a dining table that sits up to eight people, and a 42-inch color TV with blu-ray player. The screened-in porch has a double glider rocker, a cafe table with chairs, and three outdoor wicker chairs to relax on. The home sits on a bigger lot with a wide lawn that kids can play ball on, throw the frisbee, etc. It's attractively decorated in a fun beach themed style. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds, and bedroom 1 has a wall-mounted TV; bedroom 3 has a twin trundle bed with memory foam beds. The kitchen is completely equipped with coffee maker, French press and hand and electric coffee grinders, blender, microwave, a good knife set, and all kitchen tools.
Linens are supplied for stays of 4 or more nights, and cleaning is supplied in the rental charge.
For off-season units (September - May) we have a 2-nighttime minimum stay; renters pay the linens fee if staying fewer than 4 nights.

Downstairs:

Downstairs (has its own separate exterior entrance) has a queen bed and a pull-out futon, a full bath with a washer/dryer, a kitchenette with a sink, dorm refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, and dishes and silverware. There is also a flat screen TV. There is a gas grille for the use of guests, as well as beach chairs, body boards and two modest beach carts, and a corn hole game set. We also have a beach umbrella that you can use. There is an outside shower with attached changing area with hot and cold water, as well as a hose for rinsing off feet.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach.   • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything at check-out. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
