Welcome to A Wizards Wynd! Savor gorgeous ocean vistas at this 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Oceanview home with private pool, located on a peaceful cul-de-sac,1 block from The Point in Emerald Isle! This gorgeous home offers a floor-plan with the main living area including living room with games and board games for rainy day activities, dining area and entirely equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless appliances including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, waffle maker and slow cooker. Appreciate the convenience of ceiling fans and hard surface floor throughout. Downstairs, Bedroom #1 has a King Bed and TV. Upstairs, Bedroom #2 has a King Bed, TV, and private upper deck with serene ocean vistas and a table and chairs; Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and TV; and Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds and TV. A full bathroom is located on each level.

Step out on the cavernous walk-around lower covered deck area complete with furnishings including Adirondack chairs to savor the handsome palm trees, ocean breeze and sunny oceanside locale. Enjoy the side yard patio, Adirondack chairs, Propane Fire Pit table, and Yard games including Corn Hole, Yard Yahtzee, and Ladder Golf supplied.

5 Roku TVs, Blu-Ray Player, DVD Player, Central Air/Heat. Washer/Dryer. Covered Deck with Furnishings. Indoor Fireplace not to be used. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Private saltwater pool (seasonal availability) also includes poolside dining patio table with chairs and umbrella as well as poolside chairs and loungers. Wooded walk way to the beach at end of Cul de Sac. Beach carts and sand toys included. Bicycle path at the end of the street.

You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.   • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
