Conveniences include: exercise center, Traders Back Porch with fire pit, Traders Lake House, clubhouse with games, kayak barn, 2 section dog park for modest and enormous dogs, Day Dock on Traylor's Creek that runs along Front Street, resort style saltwater pool (seasonal), Traders Lake, and natural wetlands throughout Beau Coast.
House offers a Keurig machine and a regular coffee pot. Bring your coffee pods to savor a cup of coffee on the front porch.
