The top floor features an open living area with magnificant Ocean view. Updated Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, DW, MW. K * K* K* Q, Bunk (2 singles). Main Level (top floor) Master suite with King bed and refreshed private bath (tiled walk-in shower). 2nd Level has 3 additional bedrooms. 2 additional King bedrooms with access to the covered furnished porch. An updated hall bath/tub-shower services these bedrooms. The 4th bedroom has a Queen and a Bunk Bed with 2 Singles and private updated bath/tub-shower. The full-size washer/dryer is also on this floor. Painless access to the enclosed Hot/Cold outside shower which is conveniently located on the deck. WIFI, 5 TVs (1 with cable, 4 with Roku Spectrum streaming app) and gas grille. Linens supplied with beds made for weekly units. Rents Sunday to Sunday.
