As you enter, you’ll find an inverted floor plan designed for gathering and relaxation. The cavernous top floor includes a great room that invites family and friends to savor beautiful ocean vistas while creating lasting memories together. The modern kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, and alluring granite countertops. An island provides additional seating for casual meals or morning coffee. Gather around the comfortable dining area for shared meals, and relax in the inviting living space, complete with a massive 75-inch TV for movie nights. From the living room, step out onto the broad deck, where a Polywood bar top table, chairs, and rockers await, making it the ideal spot to soak in the ocean breeze.

On the first level, the roomy master suite offers privacy and an en-suite bathroom for your comfort. Two additional bedrooms share a convenient Jack and Jill full bath, ideal for families or friends. This duplex is designed for comfort, featuring central air and heat along with ceiling fans throughout. For your entertainment, appreciate four TVs equipped with Spectrum Cable and Wi-Fi.
