K * Q, Bunk (Double- down-Single-up). Appreciate ocean vistas and breezes from this inverted floor plan. Top floor: Roomy great room to gather and savor phenomenal ocean vistas! Nice kitchen with SS appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, pantry, granite counters and island with seating & dining area. The living area features comfortable seating and a 75-inch huge screen TV. Substantial deck off living room level with Polywood bar top table with chairs and rockers. The first level features a master suite with a king bed and private bath, 2 additional bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill full bath. Shaded deck with hammock ideal for afternoon naps.
