Available year-round. Nightly units available October through February (three-nighttime minimum). No smoking. No pets.

This beautiful oceanfront condo rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not supplied in monthly units, but may be added to your reservation.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Emerald Plantation. Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.

Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
