The Living area has open Oceanfront decks providing striking vistas. Kitchen / Bar with additional seating, microwave,and dishwasher. Master bedroom has open Oceanview deck, Queen bed and private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen, Bedroom #3 has 2 Twins. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bath.
Additional Conveniences: Enormous Flat Screen HD TV with DVD/MP3/CD combo and 2 Additional Flat Screen TVs.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
