Olde Towne Yacht Club is intended for the serious boater who appreciates the amenities of a world class marina. Olde Towne is attractively located less than one mile from both the Intracoastal Waterway or Beaufort Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean. Within a few mins., the boater can be at Shackleford Banks, Cape Lookout or the fertile fishing grounds of the Gulf Stream.
Conveniences include a elegant clubhouse overlooking the marina and Taylor’s Creek, enormous bathroom facilities with showers, laundry room, security gate, exercise room, steam room, diesel fuel available at every slip and a sizable swimming pool with a whirlpool. Located in Beaufort, this condo is on the beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Morehead City Yacht Basin and Town Creek Marina. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Mount Maker Charters are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding the best value:

  • To get the most suitable rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
