This is a charmingly modernized third-row bungalow with partial vistas of both the ocean and the sound from the front and back decks. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a ceiling fan. The primary bath features a sizable walk-in shower. In the second bedroom, you will find two additional-long twin beds and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom offers two queen beds and a ceiling fan. The home includes a flatscreen TV, complimentary WiFi with streaming cable, and a full-size washer and dryer.

Getting the best rental value:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Atlantic Beach. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
