We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college home events, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

2. Security Deposit - $750 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. • In the New Bern area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.

Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. • Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
• Leave a review! Hosts rely on great reviews to stimulate future bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
