Welcome to the Isle of Dreams in the coastal community of Island Quay. This Almost Oceanfront House offers 4 Bedrooms, 4 Full Baths, Private Elevator, Rec Room, and more making it an ideal vacation home away from home!

Third Floor: Savor charming vistas and an open feel in the great room. Unwind in the Living Area featuring ample seating for your group, an electric fireplace, game table ideal for a family puzzle or card games, a Queen Sleeper Couch, Flat Panel TV, and access to the deck spaces with furnishings on this level. Appreciate dining together in the Dining Area which provides seating for 10. BYOB! Partake of your favorite beverages with the supplied Wet Bar and Wine Fridge. You will certainly be ready prepare those oceanside meals with the Totally Equipped Kitchen including everything you need for your family meals including a Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Toaster, Microwave, Dishwasher, Slow Cooker, and bar seating for 8. A Full Shared Bath is also available on this level.

Second Floor: Get ready for a restful stay in one of the well appointed bedrooms! Bedroom #2 features a Master Bedroom with King Bed, TV, access to the Deck, and a Private Full Bath offering a Walk-In Shower, separate Soaking Tub, and Double Vanity. Bedroom #3 and Bedroom #4 each provide a King Bed, TV, access to the Deck, and Shared Full Bath Access.

First Floor: Bedroom #1 provides a Queen Bed, TV, and access to the Deck. Enjoy fun activities and games together in the Rec Room complete with a foosball table! The 3 Constructed-In Twin Bunk Beds, Queen Sleeper Couch, Double Sleeper Couch, TV, Table with seating for 6, and Kitchenette with Fridge, Sink, Microwave, Toaster, and Coffee Maker allow for flexibility in sleeping space and a welcoming calming area. Also on this level are the Laundry Area with Washer/Dryer, a Full Shared Bath, and access to the Deck with Furnishings.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Fort Macon State Park and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To book the most suitable rental home for your budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular New Bern attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • In the New Bern area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your rental while you are away. Keep your property safe!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
