Cypress Dunes is located in a cul-de-sac off the coveted residential street - Ocean Ridge in Atlantic Beach. Ocean Ridge runs along the coastline and features some of the most handsome homes in the area. Walkers, joggers, bikers, and dog walkers can appreciate the breathtaking stretch from W. Ft. Macon Road to the Atlantic Beach Boardwalk. Cypress Dunes sits on a peaceful lot with a very short walk to the private beach off Ocean Ridge.

First/Ground Floor: Back door entry from driveway and parking pad leads to a drop zone with storage for beach bags, keys, towels, etc. Bedroom 1 is also located on first floor and has 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower stall (no tub).

Second/Main Floor: This floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom 2 (also the primary bedroom). You can enter this floor from the stairs at the front of the home or, of course, the interior stairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a intelligent tv, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub.

Third Floor: This floor consists of a kids' hangout room, a bunk room (bedroom 3), a full bathroom, and bedroom 4. The kids' hangout room is equipped with some games, books, and a intelligent tv. The bunk room has 4 single beds with each bed getting their own niche for charging devices. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, a intelligent tv, a crib for those with a infant or toddler, and a foldable changing station stored in the closet. The full bathroom has a shower stall (no tub). ***Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to use the crib or have a little one so we can ensure things you might need for your stay are accessible such as the high chair, changing station, crib sheets, and blackout shades.

A 6-seater golf cart is available for guests to use at an additional cost ($75/day).

This home is family friendly and offers a crib, changing table, high chair, and some games and books. However, the home is not infant-proofed with outlet covers everywhere or infant gates.

Each bedroom is equipped with a phone and/or apple watch charging station on the nightstand and a sound machine.

The property can comfortably fit four cars on-site without being blocked in. If you must park in the cul-de-sac, please only park on street in front of the home.
