Let’s Unwind is a 5 bedroom duplex with a private pool…that’s right- a duplex with a private pool! This straightforward, clean, and new to the rental program home offers plenty of space for relaxation.
As you enter the ground level you are welcomed into a enormous entryway with direct access to the garage that is a clean space that offers plenty of storage for your beach going items and the always convenient 2nd refrigerator. The interior ground level space offers a comfortable seating area, double over double bunk bed, as well as a full-size bathroom. Just out the sliding doors is a true getaway. The lawn and trees are handsomely maintained while the huge pool and deck area offer plenty of space to relax in or out of the sun.
The second floor offers a primary suite with Queen bed and private bath and deck access. A guest room offering a queen bed and an additional guest room offering two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms share the adjacent hall bath.
The third floor is where the fun happens. There is plenty of seating for all in the living room if a movie nighttime is your choice but if hanging in the kitchen or around the dining room table is your ideal evening, then you will be ideally accommodated as well. The kitchen offers refreshed appliances and is outfitted with all of the items a home chef may need during a week's stay. The well-furnished deck off this level will provide a view of the private pool and an ocean breeze as you are literally just around the corner from the beach access. The fifth guest room which offers a queen bed and full bath is also on this level.
Let’s Unwind is located in the community of Spinnaker’s Reach. The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be roughly a 5-7 min. walk from Let’s Unwind.
