WELCOME TO NO COCONUTS CABANA! A lap of luxury located in BEAUTIFUL EMERALD ISLE, N.C.
It's only a 5 min. walk to the beach & we have a GOLF CART AVAILABLE! The open floor plan, manicured yard, accent lighting, COVERED POOL CABANA & PRIVATE POOL are great for tons of family fun. The pool is heated at no additional charge April-May and September-October (weather permitting).
Outdoor shower and parking for 6 cars. And a separate designated plug for Electric Vehicles (charger not supplied).
Linens included are bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Centrally located to shopping, food and nightlife.
Come and spend some time appreciating the BEAUTIFUL CRYSTAL COAST.

WHAT PEOPLE LOVE:

GOLF CART:
Golf Cart is available on the property for your convenience. As great as it is to have the convenience, rules must be followed!! It is a Low Speed Car and all the rules of a car must be followed to use the cart. It is a 4 person cart and every rider must wear a seat belt. The driver must have a drivers license with them when operating and kids must be in a car seat if they use one in a car AS REQUIRED BY NORTH CAROLINA LAW.
The cart must be parked in a valid parking space at all times when in use.

DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: PET RULES:
FAMILY PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE OWNER IN ADVANCE! We are dog lovers ourselves and our dog "Stitch" is a part of our family. But like all of us, they must follow the home rules!
You are allowed 2 dogs & they must be 50 lbs or less, be housebroken and at least 12 months old. No huge dogs or puppies are allowed on the property. Dogs are not allowed on the furnishings, must be secured in a dog crate when left alone (1 is supplied upstairs and 1 downstairs). When not in gated areas, dogs must be leashed. Guest agree to allow damages caused by their dog to be deducted from their deposit upon checkout and pay any remaining costs in excess of their deposit within 5 days of notification that costs are due.

BEACH HOME DETAILS AND AMENITIES:
There is enough room for a group of 9 with 1700 square feet of living space

KITCHEN:
The enormous kitchen is well equipped with many appliances (crock pot, toaster oven, electric frying pan and Ninja blender) utencils, plates, cups, pots, pans, Keurig k cup coffee maker and full pot coffee maker.

LAUNDRY:
Laundry is a top load wash and front load dryer on Main Level. We will provide enough laundry detergent and softner to get you started. Inside this area is a SHARK rechargable battery operated VACUUM CLEANER AND A SWIFFER MOP (IF NEEDED). Extra batteries for the vacuum and a broom with a dust pan are in this area.
Also an ironing board and iron. An emergency medical kit is also supplied.
Cover sheets to protect linens from pet hair if 4 legged friends insist on furnishings hopping!

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM:
The living and dining are open to the kitchen area. You will find seating for 6 at the dining table, plus seating for 4 at the center island in kitchen as well as seating in the screen room off both the dining room and the kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating and a 55' SMART TV. Local channels may be picked up by an antenna and tons of streaming channels plus apps are available.

Bedroom 1: Main floor Master; (down hall on left) King Size Bed, dresser w/mirror, side tables, and makeup table with chair & TV
Bedroom 2: Main floor guest (down hall right rear) King Size Bed, side tables, Wardrobe with mirror, TV with storage area. Overlooks pool.

OUTDOOR LIGHTING

PRIVATE POOL:
The heated pool is a ideal addition to NCC! It can be heated complimentary April-October. The many ledges allow for all types of guest, young and old. The covered Cabana area with TV is a incredible area for reading and relaxing while socializing with the sun worshippers and kiddies!
The sodded fenced in yard is a ideal area for outdoor games we provide and a great place for the doggies to hang out with you.

FENCED DOGGIE LOT:
The doggie lot is a separate lot that is a great asset if you want to let your 4 legged friends out for a potty break without going down steps with them! We do ask that you clean up after them and we have a pet cleaning station available in the lot area!

CARPORT & PARKING:
This area can be used for additional car parking out of the weather or for playing outdoor games on a rainy day! There are bar stools available and a view of the Cabana, pool area & TV as well!

GRILLING AREA:
There is a huge grille with a griddle available under the carport. There is also a sink area for washing hands and cleaning silverware.
It is out of the weather and the bar seating at the Cabana is close by.

GUESTS SHOULD BRING:

Loofa (if preferred over wash cloths)
Your favorite pillow if you have one
Toothbrush and toothpaste
Soaps/detergents to accommodate special needs/preferences, such as unscented products, preferred brands, etc.

BY MAKING AN INITIAL PAYMENT, GUESTS ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

CHECK OUT BY 10:00 AM (LATE CHECKOUTS ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT THE OWNER'S WRITTEN APPROVAL). PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHER VACATIONERS WHO FOLLOW YOU.
FAILURE TO DEPART BY 10:00 COULD RESULT IN A FEE DEDUCTION FROM YOUR DEPOSIT.

NOISE:
Please be considerate of our neighborhood and our neighbors. Excessive noise and violations of "peaceful hours" are 7am to 11 pm.

OCCUPANTS:
Guests are allowed a max. of 9 total occupants unless they receive prior written permission from the Owners.

FUNCTIONS/PARTIES:
Parties and sizable gatherings of any kind are stringently prohibited unless approved by the owners.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY:
No illegal activity is allowed on the Vacation Rental By Owner OR AIRB&B property during the guest's stay.

SMOKING:
SMOKING AND VAPING ARE NOT ACCEPTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY, BUT YOU ARE ACCEPTED TO SMOKE OUTSIDE. WE ASK THAT YOU DISPOSE OF BUTTS PROPERLY IN A SAFE MANNER.

SWIMMING POOL:
The Guest and Guest's Occupants are allowed to use the pool AT THEIR OWN RISK and agree to not hold the Owner's responsible for any injuries resulting from the use of the swimming pool. Breakable items, such as glassware, are not allowed in or around the pool area. A fee of $200 will be charged for violations plus costs incurred for clean up.
