Bed sizes include: 4 Kings, 1 Queen with 2twins in adjoining room, 1 Queen, 1 Full bottom with single top bunk. Movie room, game room with ping pong and wet bar and drink refrigerator, additional refrigerator, two laundry areas and front and back decks surrounded by live oak trees. Great backyard with outdoor shower, fire chimney and enormous sectional with umbrella to appreciate after a great day at the beach! Close to eateries, grocery stores and the handsome sunsets at the point!

One street over is the Ocean Oak Playground.

Linens and towels (bath and beach) are supplied. High speed mesh Wi-Fi network with two flatscreen TVs and 100” projection screen using Roku streaming devices. Spectrum basic service available on all TVs and an broad DVD collection is available for the DVD players in the family and media rooms. Oversized gas grille on back deck make grilling easy access from well supplied gourmet kitchen.
