Welcome to Duneside, a captivating oceanfront escape where all family members are warmly welcomed! Located along the shore, this 7-bedroom sanctuary offers pretty sea vistas and direct beach access for memorable moments.

Recently remodeled, the residence features modern elegance. Appreciate the welcoming living room with new furnishings and gather around the dining room table with seating for ten for enchanting meals from the completely-equipped kitchen.

Outside, the refreshed exterior blends seamlessly with the coastal landscape. Bask in the sunshine on the roomy deck, soaking in the sea air.

Whether seeking tranquility or adventure, Duneside provides the ideal backdrop for cherished memories by the sea. Rejuvenate, reconnect, and indulge in the ultimate coastal experience at our idyllic oceanfront haven.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.
Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

About the Area

Located in Pine Knoll Shores, this vacation home is on the beach. Coral Bay Shopping Center and Beach Wheels Bike Rental are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a fantastic time? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
