Total linens includes 1 king, 1 queen, 2 doubles, and 2 twins.

Bedroom #1 features a cavernous King bed, TV, ceiling fan, direct access to the deck, and a newly updated ensuite bathroom - ideal for a private getaway.

Bedroom #2 offers two Double beds, a ceiling fan, a cozy rocker, and a newly remodeled bathroom conveniently located just outside the door.

Bedroom #3 includes a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and access to a shared bathroom, along with direct access to the patio and pool area so you can step outside and enjoy the view.

Bedroom #4 is ideal for kids or additional guests, with two Twin beds, a ceiling fan, and access to the shared bathroom.

Community Conveniences include a shared beach walkway, shared outdoor showers, shared pier access, outdoor pool access (typically open April 1st - October 31st), and basketball/tennis court access.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
