Ground Level: Outdoor Shower. Charcoal Grille. Level One: Living, dining and kitchen with vaulted pine ceilings make it ideal for families sharing space! There is a half bath off the living space. Oceanfront Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, TV, Deck Access, and use Shared Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds, TV, and use Shared Bath. Bedroom #3 has a queen Bed, TV, and Private Bath. Oceanfront Bedroom #4 has a King Bed and uses Shared Bath.

Conveniences Include: a Private Swimming Pool, a stackable Washer/Dryer, Open Decks with Furnishings, an Outdoor Shower (cold),5 TVs, Kitchen, a Washer/Dryer, a Dishwasher, Microwave, an Uncovered Deck, and a Charcoal Grille.Pool May be Heated for $650/week + tax Mid-April thru Mid-October Only; Note: The electric pool heater will not work if the temperature drops below 55 degrees.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Get the most from your rental budget:

• To get the largest rental within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property managers often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
