Take in the best view on the island from this oceanfront, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Sands Villa Resort, where you can see the ocean waves, the beach, and Beaufort Inlet from your fourth-floor balcony.

This condo was freshly updated with a new HVAC system, new LVP wood floors, a modernized primary suite, a new swivel recliner, new balcony chairs, and new appliances, fixtures, and quartz countertops in the kitchen.

For those who savor calming in the morning, there are both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The den features a 55-inch TV, a wet bar, and complimentary high-speed WiFi. Prepare breakfast with ease in the completely equipped kitchen, appreciate a lunchtime BBQ on the shared gas and charcoal grilles, and leave your swimsuits and towels in the private washer/dryer at the end of the day. At mealtime, the dining table seats a family of six with a bar that will seat two more.

On the grounds of the resort, you'll find amenities and conveniences that include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a courtyard with grilles, and elevators for simple access. At nighttime, the condo's three bedrooms include a primary bedroom suite with a TV and its own bathroom.
