The Salty Pearl is a gorgeous new construction beach home located in the heart of Historic Beaufort, North Carolina that hosts a max. of 8 guests. You will be greeted with a comfortable coastal living room to relax after a long day at the beach or pool.
The entirely equipped kitchen is supplied with everything you need to make a gourmet dinner or a family breakfast. The dining room seats 6 with an additional 3 barstools at the peninsula and high chair for the little ones. The main floor primary suite has a king bed, bathroom and walk in closet. The upstairs is comprised of 3 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one room has a twin daybed with trundle twin bed underneath.
Appreciate the salt air on the front porch rocking chairs and watch the sunset or sip your morning coffee on the secluded back patio at sunrise. We also have loads of extras in the garage for you to use during your stay including beach chairs, bicycles, beach wagon, kids water table, pickleball paddles and much more! Anything else you may need outside of the complimentary items included will need to be brought by the guests. We do not provide beach towels.
There is a washer and dryer available to use, however, we kindly ask that all sandy items be shaken out before putting them into the machines. Sand could cause them to break.
We have monthly lawn and pest preventative maintenance to ensure you have a cozy stay. These vendors may come on-site to mow the lawn or perform pest preventative maintenance during your stay.
