This unit is uniquely laid out.. It offers 2 bedrooms.. each with a queen bed complete with linens. One has a glider rocker the other has loveseat. There is a 1/2 bath in the unit and just through an interior door is a 3/4 bath as well.. towels, etc supplied. A completely equipped full kitchen and dining for 4. We are located away in the country 10 min from downtown New Bern, the Neuse River, Trent River and only 1 hour from 3 different beaches. We offer short and long term units. NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED IN THIS UNIT. $250 per pet charge should you ignore this rule. This unit is in a home which is connected to another unit. One 1 of the bedrooms is backed up to the laundry room. Neither side can access the other without both sides unlocking the door.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in New Bern. To get the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular New Bern attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
