Meticulously maintained & well-appointed with a reverse floor plan.
The living & dining rooms, kitchen, 4th bedroom with a king bed & bathroom are on the top floor.
The sun-filled living room & dining room are open with sea vistas, plenty of seating, a 55" flat screen TV with blue ray player.
The kitchen has been freshly refreshed with granite counter tops, white cabinets & new stainless steel appliances. It is entirely supplied with a variety of modest appliances including a 2-in-1 12-cup & single serve coffeemaker, slow cooker & cookware. It is well-supplied with some spices & condiments for your home-cooked meals.
The 2nd floor includes 3 bedrooms with a King, a Queen & 2 Twin beds.
The main master bedroom is on the sea side with a King size bed, two closets, en suite bathroom with jetted tub, double vanity & a walk in shower. It also has a sliding glass door leading to a private outdoor space with sea vistas.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds. There is a full bath on this floor and a washer & dryer.
All bedrooms have a ceiling fan, its own flat screen TV and DVD player.
Our home also has high speed internet with WIFI throughout and cable TV.
Beach access is handily located right across the street about 50 steps. You are literally a stone's throw from the beach. We have beach chairs, a beach cart, body boards & sand toys available for your use.
Additionally, there is a hot & cold outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand & sea water.
Other outdoor luxuries include a volleyball court, b-ball hoop, corn hole set, a sandbox for the little ones, gas grille, a picnic table & a hammock to relax in.
Indoor entertainment includes a DVD library, games & books.
We are located less than 3 miles from town, an straighforward bicycle ride. It is readily located near eateries, stores, a public boat ramp & Bogue Inlet pier.
With the Unit Manager living close by, she is able to assist you quickly with any concerns or issues.
