4 bedrooms, 3 baths + an outdoor shower.
Plenty of room to spread out.
2 king bedrooms with ensuite baths, 1 queen bedroom & 2 twin beds.
There are 2 entrances. One is through the carport where the 2nd refrigerator is located for your additional drinks & food provision.
The other entrance is through the left side deck which will take you directly to the lower level where 3 of the 4 bedrooms are conveniently located to drop off your suitcases.
1st bedroom has 2 twin beds.
2nd bedroom has a queen bed.
The primary king bedroom with ensuite bath & a private deck with ocean view is also in the lower level.
The hallway bathroom, shared by the queen & 2-twin beds room, washer & dryer are all in this level.
The 2nd king bedroom with an ensuite bath, living room, dining room & a well-equipped kitchen are in the top floor.
There is a ceiling fan, TV/streaming and DVD player in every bedroom.
All 4 bedrooms have blackout curtains for a good nighttime sleep.
The living & dining rooms are bright & airy with plenty of seating, a 55" flat screen TV with blue ray player.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, white cabinets & stainless steel appliances. It is completely equipped with a variety of modest appliances including a 2-in-1 twelve-cup brewer & a Keurig single serve coffeemaker, a blender, a slow cooker to start your meal while you're out appreciating the sun & sea.
There's an assortment of spices & condiments for your home-cooked meals.
High speed internet & cable TV with streaming throughout.
2 beach accesses are located right across the street roughly 50 steps away.
Beach chairs, a beach cart & beach toys are available for your use.
An outdoor shower for rinsing yourself & the pup.
There is a basketball hoop, volleyball court, corn hole set, a sizable gas grille &
a picnic table.
We don't guarantee gas for the grille but cylinder available for exchange if needed.
Coffee pods, toilet paper & paper towel are supplied to get you through the beginning of your stay but not supplied for the entire length of your stay.
Indoor entertainment includes a DVD library, games & books.
The home is in a peaceful residential area, yet less than 3 miles to town.
Emerald Isle is bicycle friendly with a path that runs the length of the island.
The home is conveniently located near highly-rated eateries, two supermarkets, stores, a public boat ramp & Bogue Inlet Pier.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOME or illegal drug use on property.
OCCUPANCY IS FOR 8 PEOPLE MAX. An additional $150 will be charged for each unauthorized guest per nighttime or will result in immediate eviction without refunds.
We are dog friendly. A vacuum cleaner & a broom are included for your convenience for dog hair clean up.
2 dogs max. stay for complimentary. Insurance liability restricts the following breeds of dog: German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf hybrids & other aggressive breeds.
